Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of scorepredicts.com and any related services (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully. They contain important limitations on what the Service is, what it is not, and what we are responsible for.

1. Who we are

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator named above. "You" and "your" refer to the person using the Service.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Responsible Use statement, each of which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. What ScorePredicts provides

ScorePredicts is a football statistics and predictive modelling platform. We apply statistical models to historical and current football data in order to produce probability estimates and analytical outputs, which may include:

• calculated probabilities for match outcomes across markets such as match result (1X2), double chance, both teams to score, over/under goals, total corners and total cards;
• expected goals figures, form indicators, head-to-head summaries and league context;
• value analysis, comparing our modelled probability against a normalised consensus of publicly available market pricing;
• the Prediction Builder, which combines selections you choose into a single set and shows the combined modelled probability;
• live scores, fixtures, results, standings, competition brackets, team and player information;
• historical records of previously published model outputs and how they resolved.

All outputs are statistical estimates, not statements of fact and not guarantees. A probability of 70% means the model calculates a 70% chance of that outcome. It does not mean the outcome will occur. Football results are inherently uncertain, and any individual estimate may be wrong.

Any accuracy figures, hit rates or historical performance records shown on the Service describe past output only. Past performance is not an indication of future performance and must not be relied on as such.

4. Not a gambling or advisory service

This section is important. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept that:

• We are not a gambling operator, bookmaker, betting exchange or broker. We do not accept, place, process, broker, settle or facilitate wagers of any kind, and we do not hold or handle funds for wagering.
• We do not run competitions, contests or games offering monetary or material prizes.
• Nothing on the Service constitutes betting advice, financial advice, investment advice, a trading signal, a recommendation to place any wager, or an inducement to gamble.
• We do not tell you to act on any output. Model outputs are informational and analytical, and any decision you take after reading them is yours alone.
• If you choose to use information from the Service in connection with any third-party activity, you do so entirely at your own risk and on your own judgement. We have no involvement in, visibility of, or responsibility for that activity or its outcome.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

5. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for access to services of this kind, that higher age applies to you.

You agree that:

• you will provide a valid email address and keep your account details accurate;
• you will keep your password confidential and will not share your account or login credentials with anyone else;
• you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
• you will tell us promptly at support@scorepredicts.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission;
• you will hold one account only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

For security purposes we maintain a record of authentication events associated with your account. This is described in the Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Plans and what each includes

The Service is offered on a free plan and on paid subscription plans. The features included in each plan, and any daily limits that apply, are set out on the Plans page, which forms part of these Terms.

We may change the features, limits or composition of any plan. Where a change materially reduces what your current paid plan includes, we will give you reasonable notice by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before your next renewal if you do not wish to continue.

7. Billing and payment

Subject to the above:

• Subscription prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are exclusive of tax. Any applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated and added by Paddle at checkout based on your location.
• Subscriptions are available on one-month, three-month and six-month billing periods. Longer billing periods are offered at a reduced effective monthly rate, as shown on the Plans page.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.
• Payment is taken at the start of each billing period.
• If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before that date.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds. Paddle may retry the payment in line with its own processes.

8. Refunds and cancellation

We operate a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, contact support@scorepredicts.com within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. On cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have statutory rights to cancel certain distance contracts. Nothing in these Terms limits or removes those rights. They are described in the Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest or otherwise extract data or model outputs from the Service by automated means;
• copy, republish, redistribute, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit model outputs, statistics or any other content from the Service, whether in whole or in part;
• share, resell or provide access to your account, or use one account to serve multiple people;
• circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any plan limit, access control, rate limit or paywall;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the structure, parameters or training data of our models;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
• use the Service to build, train or improve a competing product or model;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful;
• misrepresent your relationship with us, or present our outputs as though they were your own or as though we endorse your use of them.

We may investigate suspected breaches and take any action we consider appropriate, including suspending or terminating access.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its models, model outputs, software, source code, design, layout, text, graphics and compilation of data, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

Club names, competition names, team crests, player names and similar marks are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Service for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those parties.

11. Third-party data and availability

The Service relies on football data supplied by third-party providers, including API-Football, and on third-party infrastructure providers. We do not control that data and cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate, current or free from error or delay. Fixtures, scores, line-ups, statistics and market pricing may be corrected, revised or withdrawn by the source at any time.

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, or as a result of failures in networks, hosting, data feeds or other systems outside our control. Live features depend on a continuous connection and are provided on a best-effort basis.

12. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

In particular, we do not warrant that any prediction, probability, expected-goals figure, value analysis output or other model result will prove correct, profitable or suitable for any purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data or goodwill, however arising;
• we are not liable for any loss you incur as a result of any decision you make, or any action you take, on the basis of content obtained from the Service, including any wager, transaction or commitment entered into with any third party;
• our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service and these Terms is limited to the total amount you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with immediate effect and without refund, if you materially breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, refund abuse or unauthorised commercial use, or if we are required to do so by law.

We may also discontinue the Service, or any plan, on reasonable notice. If we discontinue a paid plan you are subscribed to, we will refund the unused portion of the billing period you have already paid for.

You may stop using the Service at any time, cancel your subscription, and delete your account from your profile settings.

Sections 9 to 13, 15 and 16 survive termination, together with any other provision which by its nature is intended to survive.

15. General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the business, provided your rights are not adversely affected.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Responsible Use statement and Plans page, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Service.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of the Republic of Serbia have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from under the law of the country in which you habitually reside, and you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at support@scorepredicts.com so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service, to our plans, or to legal requirements. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give you reasonable notice by email or by a notice on the Service before it takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
